Link and Goliath rough work + ref

I have a oil painting on the go right now that I'm hoping will turn into something special which I wont have to fix with digital. In the meantime though, here are the colour thumbnails and sketch for my Link and Goliath painting I finished last week!




I thought It would be cool to show off the reference images I had for this too. Before I start an image, I usually spend some time throwing a folder together with images I think will be important reference.
